What is the ruling on a woman wearing the khimar and then removing it depending on the location, such as wearing it in the market and removing it at school, knowing that the khimar in Libya covers a woman's face?

Scholars have differed regarding the obligation for a woman to cover her face, and the most preponderant opinion is that it is obligatory, especially if exposing the face leads to temptation (fitnah) or the gaze of non-mahram (definition) men. It is permissible for a woman to remove her khimar (head covering) if she is in a place where only women or mahram relatives can see her, based on the Almighty's saying: "And not display their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers..." (The verse continues). However, if she is in places where non-mahram men can see her, it is forbidden for her to remove it.
