Is it permissible for the شيخ (shaykh) to recite the evening adhkar aloud in the mosque, with the congregants repeating after him, with the intention of teaching or remembrance?

This collective remembrance (dhikr) has two scenarios: Either it is intended as an act of worship, in which case it is an innovation (bid'ah). Or it is intended for teaching, in which case there is no harm in it, provided that it is limited to what is necessary for teaching and is not adopted as a permanent practice.
