It is difficult to arrange the books of Sunnah (definition) texts according to their authenticity, as this would require in-depth and comprehensive studies, which is of little benefit because knowing the authenticity of a hadith (definition) requires studying each hadith individually.

Ranks of Sunnah Compilations in Terms of Care, Preservation, and Jurisprudence:

1. First Rank: The Two Sahihs (Bukhari and Muslim), due to the consensus of the Ummah on the authenticity of most of their texts. 2. Second Rank: "Muwatta Imam Malik" follows them, then the four Sunans: "Sunan an-Nasa'i," "Sunan Abi Dawud," then "Sunan at-Tirmidhi," and finally "Sunan Ibn Majah." 3. Third Rank: Compilations specifically for collecting Sahih (definition) and Sunan traditions other than those mentioned above, such as "Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah" and "Sahih Ibn Hibban" (preferred over Al-Mustadrak by Al-Hakim due to his leniency), and "Sunan Sa'id ibn Mansur" and "Sunan ad-Darimi." "Sunan ad-Daraqutni" differs from the other Sunans in its aim to collect hadiths that have a defect. 4.
