What should I do about my job that forbids the hijab, knowing that even if I leave the job, I will not be able to wear it?

The hijab is obligatory for Muslim women according to the Qur'an, Sunnah, and the consensus of Muslims. It is not permissible to remove it for the sake of work. Staying at home without work is better than removing the hijab. The hijab may not be removed except in cases of extreme necessity that would lead to death from hunger, thirst, or illness.
