The question

Will non-Muslims enter Paradise if they heard about Islam as information but did not come to know it or its principles, and it was not made clear to them that it is the truth? And are they equal to those who knew Islam and that it is the truth, but turned away from it?

The answer

Everyone who disbelieves in the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is destined for Hellfire, whether their disbelief is due to denial or turning away, and regardless of whether the details of Islam reached them or not. For everyone whom the Prophet's mission reached, the proof has been established against them. As for those whom the call never reached at all, their ruling is like that of the People of the Fatrah (an interval between prophets). We do not definitively assign a ruling to a specific individual, and the matter of their judgment rests with Allah the Almighty. Disbelievers vary in their torment according to their crimes.
