Is it permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife on Tuesday, given the belief that something comes on that night and curses those who do so, which will cause suffering in the future?

This statement, that marriage is reprehensible when the moon is in Scorpio, or under the "شعاع" (Scu'aa' - specific astronomical condition), or in its wane (محاق - Mihaq), is among the superstitions and innovations that have no basis in the Book (Quran) or the Sunnah (definition). It is from the speech of the people of innovation and misguidance. Allah has permitted intercourse at all times and in all places, with the following exceptions: during the daytime in Ramadan (definition), during menstruation and post-natal bleeding (nifas (definition)), in mosques, and while in the state of ihram (definition) (for pilgrimage). This statement has no basis and is among the falsehoods that have spread among people.
