What is the ruling on someone who pulls a worshiper from the last row to stand with him due to a lack of space or someone to stand with in congregational prayer?

Whoever does not find a place in the row, and does not find anyone to pray with him in a row, should pray behind the row. His prayer is valid, according to the preponderant opinion, because he exerted his utmost effort, and due to the saying of Allah Almighty: (Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity), and (So fear Allah as much as you are able). The command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to repeat the prayer of one who prayed alone behind the row is understood to apply when he deliberately did so. The preponderant opinion is also that he should not pull anyone from the row in front of him, because that would create a gap, and leaving gaps is forbidden, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Straighten your rows, align your shoulders, fill the gaps, and do not leave spaces for Satan. Whoever joins a row, Allah joins him, and whoever cuts a row, Allah cuts him off." Also, because it moves a person from a superior place to an inferior one, and it causes disruption to the worshippers.
