Is the inheritance to be divided before or after the death of the father's full brother (paternal uncle)?

If the deceased has no relatives other than his full sister, his paternal uncle, and his half-paternal uncle, then the only heirs are the full sister and the paternal uncle. The full sister inherits half as a fixed share (fard) due to her being alone, and the remainder goes to the paternal uncle by right of residuary inheritance (ta'sib), based on the Hadith (definition): "Give the fixed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male heir." The death of the paternal uncle before the distribution of the inheritance does not affect his share; rather, it is added to his estate and distributed among his heirs. It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and they should be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts to verify all heirs, wills, and debts before distribution.
