Is it better to seek a divorce or to continue with a husband who repeatedly converses with foreign women and does not commit to prayer, knowing that the wife is psychologically distressed and her trust in him is shaken? And if a divorce occurs, is it considered a khul' (divorce at the wife's instance, often involving her foregoing financial rights) that forfeits rights, or is the wife entitled to her full rights?

The husband's falling into sins does not entitle the wife to divorce, but she may seek Khula (divorce at the wife's instance, usually for a compensation). It is advised not to separate from him through divorce or Khula, but rather to strive to reform him and remind him of Allah, encourage him to associate with righteous people and attend circles of knowledge, and cooperate with him in acts of obedience, especially prayer. For prayer and patience are a great help in all matters.
