What is the ruling on supplicating against an oppressor at work, and how can one be rid of his injustice?

It is permissible to supplicate against the oppressor and for the oppressed, even during prayer. In Sahih (definition) al-Bukhari, it is narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to supplicate for men by naming them, and he supplicated against Mudar. Nevertheless, we advise forgiveness and overlooking, and employing means to change the manager's perspective, such as prayer, diligence in work, good conduct, and seeking help from those who have influence over him.
