Is eating, drinking, and clothing oneself from usurious wealth that the father deals with a reason for entering and abiding in Hellfire, taking into consideration the noble Hadith: "Whoever eats, drinks, and nourishes himself from the unlawful, then the Fire is more befitting for him"? And does the non-acceptance of supplications for one who consumes usury apply to one who was forced to eat from it against her will? And is she obliged to purify herself from this wealth, and how can she do that?

If the children are young or unable to acquire lawful money, it is permissible for them to take from their father's unlawful money and eat his food. Their ruling in this regard is that of one in dire necessity, for unlawful money becomes lawful for those who take it rightfully, such as the poor and the needy. This was stated by Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Al-Nawawi.

Accordingly, there is no blame upon you for eating from your father's food and benefiting from what he gives you of his money acquired from usurious transactions, especially since you are not certain of the unlawfulness of all his money. And it is permissible to deal with someone whose money is mixed.

You must maintain your prayers and not despair of Allah's mercy. Seek Allah's forgiveness for your negligence in prayer, and advise your father to abandon prohibited transactions if that is proven.
