Is it true to say that the interpretation of the verses of the Attributes is their recitation?

It is obligatory to affirm the attributes that Allah has affirmed for Himself, or that His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, has affirmed for Him, without takyeef (questioning how), tashbeeh (resembling), ta'weel (figurative interpretation), or ta'teel (negating). This is what the Salaf (pious predecessors) agreed upon. It has been reported from some of the Salaf that the ta'weel (interpretation) of Allah's attributes is their recitation, meaning that these attributes have no interpretation that contradicts their apparent meaning. The intent is that the divine attributes are clear in the Arabic language and do not require distortion or interpretation that contradicts their apparent meaning, while emphasizing that these attributes do not resemble the attributes of creation.
