What is the ruling on setting an alarm for the time of going to work, and not for Fajr prayer?

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam after the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn), and it is the first act of a Muslim's deeds to be examined. Observing it leads to salvation, while neglecting it results in loss. A severe warning has been issued for those who are negligent in prayer, as stated by Allah Almighty: "So woe to those who pray [But] who are heedless of their prayer" and "Then succeeded them later generations who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil." A Muslim must observe prayer at its appointed time, especially the Fajr prayer, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever prays the morning prayer is under the protection of Allah." If a person sleeps before the time for the obligatory prayer enters, he is not obligated to set an alarm, though it is preferable. However, neglecting to set an alarm for the Fajr prayer while setting one for work indicates negligence towards prayer, which is a serious matter requiring repentance and admonition.
