The answer

You must fast and break your fast with the people of Morocco as long as you live among them, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The fast is the day you fast, and the breaking of the fast is the day you break your fast, and the sacrifice is the day you sacrifice." This is if the country relies on sighting the crescent moon. However, if it relies on astronomical calculations, you can rely on your own sighting of the crescent moon, or the sighting of believers around you, or a neighboring country. If you sight the crescent moon yourself but they do not see it, there are three opinions on the matter, and the most apparent of them is that you should fast and break your fast with the people.
