It is permissible for them to accommodate their daughter and her husband in their house, provided the conditions mentioned in Fatwa (definition) 120130 are met. The father has the right to house whomever he wishes in his home, which he owns or has usufruct over. The divorced daughter does not have the right to expel her sister and her husband, even if her maintenance is provided by her father. Her right is to be provided with housing where she experiences no hardship, even if it means placing the married couple in a separate part of the house.
