Is marriage religiously and morally permissible for someone with symptoms of Marfan Syndrome, for fear of having children with deformities or the hereditary progression of the disease?

There is no objection to your marriage despite your illness, and you are not obligated to inform the woman you wish to marry about it, as it is not one of the illnesses that grant the option of annulment. We advise you to turn to Allah and seek healing, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has also sent down its cure, and for every disease there is a remedy.
