Are the successive health and financial problems that the questioner and his wife are experiencing, and the wife's seeing incomprehensible talismans on the ceiling of the room, considered evidence of magic or the evil eye?

It is recommended to recite Surat Al-Baqarah, perform legal ruqyah, maintain the morning, evening, and pre-sleep remembrances (adhkar), seek assistance from lawful ruqyah practitioners, and frequently repeat "Hawqala" (La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah - There is no might nor power except with Allah), seek forgiveness (istighfar), and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), while persisting in supplication and asking Allah for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter.
