The answer

It is not permissible to move the deceased after burial except out of necessity. What has been mentioned is not among the necessities. The reason for the prohibition is to respect the sanctity of the deceased, and because exhumation may lead to treading on the grave, which is forbidden. The will of the deceased is only carried out in what is legislated, and there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. The deceased did not make such a bequest, and even if they had, it is not permissible to exhume their grave for the reason mentioned.
