Is there a hadith that proves the division of the Udhiyah (sacrificial animal) into three parts?

It is recommended to divide the sacrificial animal into three portions: one-third for eating, one-third for charity, and one-third for gifting. It is permissible to eat half and give half in charity, or to give most of it in charity. Giving charity from it is obligatory, according to the soundest opinion, for whatever can be called a portion, and it is recommended that it be most of it. As for eating from it, it is recommended, not obligatory.
