An employee or worker is bound by the working hours agreed upon in the contract. If the employer does not require your presence or a specific time, and is satisfied with the completion of work at different times, then your salary is permissible (halal (definition)), because Muslims are bound by their conditions, and the contract is the law between the contracting parties, as long as it does not violate the Sharia (definition).
