Is it permissible to perform ذكر (remembrance of God) and the Duha prayer at home to obtain the reward of a complete Hajj and Umrah, as mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, for him is the reward of a complete, complete, complete Hajj and Umrah"?

The hadith reported about the reward for performing Fajr prayer in congregation, then sitting in the prayer area until sunrise (Ishraq), then performing two rak'ahs, was deemed hasan (good) by Tirmidhi and has supporting narrations. To obtain this reward, the following conditions must be met: performing Fajr prayer in congregation, remaining in the prayer area until Ishraq, and performing two rak'ahs after Ishraq. It is not a condition that this be done in the mosque, but rather "in his prayer area." And whoever prays Fajr in congregation in the mosque, then completes the rest at home due to the mosque being closed, it is hoped that he will receive the full reward for exerting his effort.
