What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a man who refuses to acknowledge divorcing his wife whom he photographed, threatened, and whose pictures he published, and who used to assault and forcibly have intercourse with her in front of their children?

If a man divorces his wife, or a judge rules for divorce, then his conjugal relations with her become unlawful and constitute an abomination. However, if he has not divorced her and a judge has not ruled for divorce, she remains his wife, but his conjugal relations with her in front of their children are impermissible. Photographing her naked, threatening to publish the photos, and severely beating her are reprehensible and forbidden acts. The woman must strive to free herself from this injustice by raising her case with Islamic centers or with anyone capable of delivering her from injustice and sin.
