What is the Sharia ruling on a wife remaining with her husband who drinks alcohol, cheats on her, and does not provide for her or their children, and is it better for her to seek a divorce through the court?

If a man neglects his wife, openly commits sins such as drinking alcohol and engaging in immoral acts, and invites her to do the same, and he does not spend on her and their children, then all of this permits her to seek a divorce. The wife is advised to seek a divorce from him. If he refuses, she should resort to the court to compel him or to divorce her, because remaining with him harms her and corrupts her children. However, if she agrees to stay with him, she is not permitted to deny herself from his bed if he calls her.
