What is the solution to a wife avoiding intercourse under the pretext of prayer, fatigue, or mood, and settling for once every two weeks?

A wife must respond to her husband's call to bed unless there is a legitimate excuse such as illness, menstruation, an obligatory fast, or harm. A severe warning has been issued for those who refuse to respond to their husband's call without an excuse. It is narrated from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses to come, the angels curse her until morning." It is permissible for the husband to enjoy his wife whenever he wishes, as long as it does not harm her or distract her from obligatory duties. The husband should explain this to his wife and understand the reasons for her refusal to engage in intercourse, and remove them if possible. If she insists on refusing without an excuse, then she is disobedient (nashiz). In this case, if she does not keep you chaste, you may marry another if you are able. Otherwise, you should fast frequently and guard your hearing and sight.
