Is it forbidden or permissible to take a loan from a bank with an agricultural land as collateral, where the land will remain at the disposal of the borrower until the loan is repaid with interest over 25 years?

This contract is usurious and forbidden because it is a cash loan with interest. Its prohibition is not due to the mortgaging of the land. Interest on all loans is forbidden usury, which is not made lawful by need or necessity, unless there is a necessity that is estimated by its true measure. Allah has warned against usury and threatened war against those who engage in it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe.
