Is it permissible for a woman to undergo a permanent sterilization procedure if doctors have advised her to do so due to the risk of hemorrhage during childbirth?

It is not permissible to say: "By the grace of Allah and the doctors." The correct phrasing is: "By the grace of Allah, then by the efforts of the doctors," or similar expressions. This is because the conjunction "wa" (and) implies association and partnership, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade saying: "What Allah wills and what so-and-so wills." He guided us to say: "What Allah wills, then what so-and-so wills." The conjunction "thumma" (then) denotes sequential order with a delay.
