Is it permissible to supplicate against one's father and grandmother if they are unjust and show favoritism in treatment and spending?

The upkeep of a poor daughter is obligatory upon her father until she gets married. It is not permissible for him to refrain from spending on her out of obedience to her mother, or because she did not agree to marry someone he chose for her. He does not have the right to force her to marry someone she does not desire. The father must be equitable among his children in gifts. Even if the father is unjust or the paternal grandmother is abusive, this does not negate the obligation to honor them and the prohibition of disobeying them. Praying against them is disobedience that requires repentance, and it is better to pray for their rectification.
