Is one ablution sufficient for combining the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and another ablution for the Maghrib and Isha prayers, for a person suffering from urinary incontinence and physically disabled, given that he goes to Jumu'ah prayer before the second Adhan?

A Muslim suffering from urinary incontinence is permitted to combine two prayers with a single ablution (wudu). This includes combining Dhuhr and Asr, or Maghrib and Isha, either by advancing or delaying them. Ablution for Friday prayer (Salat al-Jumu'ah) must be performed after its time has begun. There is no harm in delaying the prayer beyond the time of ablution if the delay is for the benefit of the prayer itself.
