Are working in traditional banks and the salaries of their employees permissible or forbidden? And is the interest due on the bank balance permissible or forbidden?

Dealing with any usurious bank is forbidden, whether by depositing money or working in it. Those who work in it are sinful and commit a grave sin, based on the hadith: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses," and "they are all equal in sin." It is obligatory to withdraw money deposited in usurious banks and to repent, and to spend its usurious gains on charitable causes, not on oneself or one's dependents.
