Does water entering the throat unintentionally while inhaling after intending to observe a voluntary fast, and thinking about breaking the fast after Fajr, invalidate the fast?

Scholars differ regarding whether hesitation to break the fast invalidates it, and the preponderant opinion is that it does not. The entry of a drop of water into the throat without intention does not invalidate the fast.
