Is money earned from working in customer service for a social media company with mixed content permissible, and should one leave this job, and does working as a hotel booking agent ensure permissible money?

There is no harm in a customer service job, provided that one refrains from dealing with those who intend to use the service for something forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." As for those who intend to use it for something permissible, or whose situation is unknown, there is no harm in cooperating with them. Working in hotel reservations is permissible under certain conditions.
