The answer

Scholars have differed regarding the authenticity of the hadith about the Beautiful Names (al-Asma al-Husna) mentioned in al-Tirmidhi. Those who authenticated it included the names listed therein, while those who did not authenticate it did not include them. As long as the hadith scholars (muhaddithun) differ on the authenticity of the hadith, there should be no objection to the wife in such a matter. If the wife relies on the opinion of those who authenticated the hadith, there is no sin upon her. This pertains to counting these names among the names of Allah the Almighty. However, informing about Him, Glory be to Him, as being "The Harmful" (al-Darr) and "The Beneficial" (al-Nafi') is

undisputedly sound.
