What is the ruling on dealing with the company Paidverts, where members exchange advertisements, such that a member buys an advertising package for one dollar and receives 50 visits to his website and 3100 points, and the company distributes advertisements to members according to their points, so 2000 points are deducted for an advertisement worth one dollar, with the possibility of inviting friends and getting 0.1 dollars for each package purchased by the invitee, and is the money withdrawn from it permissible or forbidden, and how can one dispose of it if it is forbidden?

Subscribing to the aforementioned company system is not permissible due to the elements of gharar (excessive uncertainty) and jahalah (ignorance), and it resembles gambling. The money paid is in exchange for potential points and earnings, which may or may not materialize. Furthermore, the browsing system may involve deception and fraud against advertisers, as it gives them the impression that their ads are widely distributed while only a limited number of people actually view them. In addition, the advertisements themselves may contain impermissible content according to Islamic law. Therefore, it is not permissible to subscribe to this system or to promote it, and any profit derived from it is unlawful, except for what was acquired before knowledge of its impermissibility.
