Is it permissible to seek help from someone who claims to deal with the Qur’an but asks for pictures of the bewitched person to treat them, and what can be done to improve the condition of a husband who has bad manners and is accused of being bewitched?

Allah afflicts His servants with good and evil, and among these afflictions is a poor relationship between spouses. Whether the husband is enchanted (bewitched) or not, the evil eye is real and magic has an effect. The wife should increase in the remembrance of Allah (dhikr), seek forgiveness (istighfar), and supplicate for her husband. She should also review the way she treats him and be a support for him. The wife should not go to those who ask for pictures, such as soothsayers and charlatans. Rather, she can go with her husband to trustworthy shaykhs who treat with the Qur'an, or she can recite over him herself and give him water over which ruqyah has been performed. She should also recite Surat Al-Baqarah in the house. She must also draw closer to her husband and be frank with him about what she feels, so that they can remove the causes of aversion.
