What is the ruling on exiting the state of Ihram before shaving in Hajj?

The first 'tahallul' (partial desacralization) occurs with two out of three acts: the stoning, the shaving/shortening of hair, and the circumambulation. So, if you have stoned Jamrat al-Aqaba and performed Tawaf (definition) al-Ifadah, you have achieved the first 'tahallul'. All prohibitions of ihram (definition) become permissible for you except for intimate relations with women. You must now shave or shorten your hair to achieve the second 'tahallul', which makes everything that was prohibited due to ihram permissible. Shaving is better than shortening, and it does not have a specific place or time. Nothing is required of you for delaying it due to ignorance.
