How is the money inherited from a deceased father to be divided, an inheritance that includes a son and three daughters, one of whom is a minor? And is zakat to be paid from it before division, knowing that a portion of it is from his monthly salary and the brother has no right to it?

Inherited wealth is divided among the heirs according to Islamic law. If the deceased left only three daughters and one son, the wealth is divided among them by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. This means the wealth is divided into five shares: the son receives two shares, and each daughter receives one share. The share of the minor daughter is held in trust for her, and expenses for her are drawn from it. As for zakat (definition), each heir pays zakat on their share if it reaches the nisab (definition) (minimum taxable amount) and a full lunar year has passed.
