The answer

The attributes of Allah the Almighty are uncreated. And sustenance (rizq) is an actual attribute of His, affirmed by the Qur’an and Sunnah, and "Al-Razzaq" (The Provider) and "Al-Raziq" (The Sustainer) are among His names. The Ash'aris held that the attributes of action are temporal (hadithah) and are merely temporal relations of power. This is a false doctrine that contradicts the Qur'an and Sunnah, and there is no harm in Allah the Almighty creating creation after creation and providing sustenance after sustenance. Whereas the Maturidis affirmed an eternal attribute they called "Al-Takwin" (Origination) and subsumed the attributes of action under it, which is also incorrect. For the attributes of Allah the Almighty, such as creation, sustenance, giving life, and causing death, by them He creates creation after creation and provides sustenance after sustenance, and they are neither created nor temporal.
