The answer

It is obligatory for the employer to pay the worker their full and undiminished right, for Allah Almighty says: "And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance. That is best and most suitable for final determination." If the employer denies the worker their right, the worker may take it by any possible means. However, if the employee receives their full right but believes it is less than what they deserve, it is not permissible for them to take anything extra beyond what was agreed upon; otherwise, they would be considered an usurper and a betrayer. Forging the employer's signature is not permissible and is considered forbidden deception.
