The answer

The Qur'ans endowed in mosques are not found property, and it is not permissible to own them or take them out of the mosque. Rather, they must be returned to the mosque from which they were taken, which in this case is Masjid Namirah. What has been dedicated to the mosque may not be taken out of it for personal use at home, because others may need it in the mosque, and public items must remain for public use.
