First: Completely ignore the whispers (waswas), for ignoring them is the best remedy.

Second: If you doubt whether what has exited is semen or something else, choose and assign it the ruling you wish; this action is pleasing to Allah the Almighty.

Third: Vaginal discharge is pure and nullifies ablution. If you are afflicted with its continuous flow ( سلس ), you are not required to guard against it. Ablution for each prayer suffices. It is permissible to adopt the view of the Malikis regarding the validity of ablution not being nullified by the passage of time.

Fourth: Yellowish and brownish discharges are considered menstruation if they occur during the menstrual period. Outside of this period, they are considered impurities, and purification from them is obligatory. If the yellowish discharge occurs outside the customary period, it is necessary to guard against it by tying a cloth and performing ablution for each prayer.

Fifth: If you doubt whether something has exited from you, the default is that it has not. Do not pay attention to this doubt, and do not investigate or search. Proceed with your worship with certainty.
