Is muwalat (uninterrupted sequence) a condition between the wudu' of a patient suffering from urinary incontinence and his prayer, whether he combines prayers or not, such that no separation occurs between them by reciting Quran or performing supererogatory prayers?

Hanbali jurists permit combining two prayers for those with urinary incontinence and similar conditions, to alleviate the hardship of repeated ablution. This is because they are required to perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, and their purification remains valid as long as the prayer time has not ended or another impurity has occurred. Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen mentioned that whoever finds it difficult to pray at every time due to urinary incontinence is allowed to combine prayers, based on the principle of permissibility of combining prayers when there is hardship.
