Islam encourages and promotes marriage, especially for those who desire it and are capable of its financial responsibilities. Such individuals should hasten and proceed with it. As for the one who is unable to meet the requirements of marriage but yearns for it, marriage is still encouraged for them, and they are asked to marry if they find support, such as a wife who accepts their situation. The financial status of the questioner cannot be judged, as financial capability is a relative matter.
