Is it true that every surah in the Qur’an has a specific property, such as Surat Al-Kawthar preventing disputes, or Surat Ya-Sin preventing thirst on the Day of Judgment, or Surat Al-Waqi'ah between Maghrib and Isha preventing illness and poverty, or Surat Al-Mulk saving one from the torment of the grave?

It has not been established that each surah (definition) has a specific property, and the hadiths mentioned regarding the virtues of the surahs of the Quran, surah by surah, are all fabricated. There is no evidence to suggest that Surah Al-Kawthar prevents disputes. As for the hadiths mentioned concerning the virtue of Surah Ya-Sin, none of them are authentic. And the notion that reciting Surah Al-Waqi'ah is a cause for attracting provision has a weak hadith (definition) concerning it, and there is no evidence to suggest that reciting it is for protection from illness. However, reciting Surah Al-Mulk is a cause for salvation from the torment of the grave.
