What is the meaning of "He who fears sets out in the darkness, and he who sets out in the darkness reaches his destination," and "People are like a hundred camels, among whom you can scarcely find one fit for riding"?

The first hadith means that whoever feared a night raid by the enemy would travel at the beginning of the night, and whoever traveled at the beginning of the night would reach their destination. This is a parable the Prophet struck for one traversing the path of the Hereafter: if he is vigilant in his journey and purifies his intention, he will be safe from Satan and his plots.

As for the second hadith, its meaning is that people of pleasing character and perfect attributes are very few, like the scarcity of a chosen riding camel among a hundred of them.
