Does divorce occur if the wife says, "I have divorced you irrevocably three times," and then the husband replies, "Okay, you are divorced," while not intending divorce?

The husband's statement, "You are divorced," is an explicit, immediately effective divorce and does not require an intention for it to occur. His anger does not prevent the divorce from taking place unless it deprives him of his sanity. If the divorce has occurred and is not yet the third divorce, the husband may take back his wife during her waiting period (iddah).
