Is it permissible to complete the adhkar after Fajr if the time of detestability (waqt al-karahah) begins before their completion?

It is permissible to complete the recitation of morning remembrances (adhkar) during the disliked times for voluntary prayers and thereafter, and even during the prohibited time at sunrise. The best time for morning remembrances is between dawn (Fajr) and sunrise, and for evening remembrances, it is between Asr prayer and sunset.
