Is it permissible for a woman to wear perfume before going out to the street or visiting relatives, and is she considered an adulteress and required to perform ghusl for janabah, and is she subject to the punishment for adultery if she does so, based on the hadith: "Any woman"?

A woman is not permitted to go out perfumed if she passes by men who can smell her fragrance. If she does so to attract their attention, she is sinful. Her description as an adulteress in the Hadith means the adultery of the eye, by arousing men's desire to look at her. If a woman perfumes herself and wishes to go out, she must wash herself to remove the trace of the perfume, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a woman goes out to the mosque, she should wash herself from perfume just as she washes herself from major ritual impurity (janabah)." She must wash the spot where the perfume touched her or change her clothes if the perfume is on them.
