The answer

Providing Hajj and services is valid as a lease () of described usufructs (manafi' mawsoofah) in obligation (fi al-dhimmah). Prepayment of the rent (ujrah) is not a condition therein, unless it is specified as a salam contract, which is the opinion adopted by the International Islamic Fiqh Academy. To validate the sale of Hajj and Umrah services on installment, two separate contracts can be executed: the first is a deferred and installment-based lease between the client and the installment company, and the second is an accelerated lease between the installment company and the service provider (the questioner). It is permissible for the lease to be for a described usufruct in obligation, and it is not a condition for it to be owned by the lessor, nor is prepayment of the rent a condition in it.
