Is a girl's prayer for a specific person to be a righteous husband for her, and her trust that God will answer her prayer, and her request to see a good dream regarding that, and her interpretation for not seeing anything during menstruation, considered Islamically sound?

There is no harm in supplicating for a specific person to be your spouse, for Allah Almighty has commanded supplication and promised to answer it. Supplication is not wasted; either the supplicant is granted what was asked for, or it is stored for them in the Hereafter, or evil is averted from them to the extent of their supplication. And if Allah does not answer the supplication and something else is destined for you, then know that Allah is storing what is better for you. "But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not." There is no objection to seeking a righteous dream, even if no legal ruling is based upon it. As for referring back to the fatwa, it is done by searching for the question number or waiting for the email that arrives when the answer is ready, while ensuring the correctness of the email address.
