What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a husband's refusal to fulfill his wife's sexual needs after the marriage contract and before the wedding, especially if the wife fears falling into sin?

Enjoying one's wife after a valid and proper legal marriage contract is permissible. The husband should respond to his wife's desire in this regard as long as she needs it. If the husband is hesitant about this before consummation, he must proceed with consummation without delay. If he delays it without cause, he is unjust, and he is obligated to provide for her during the period of delay. If the wife requests to surrender herself to him, it becomes obligatory. If she offers herself to him, he is obligated to accept her, and her maintenance becomes due.
